Years ago I first started hearing about this new way to serve cake, as cake pops. Cake shaped into a ball, dipped in chocolate with a sucker stick out the top. I heard the name “Bakerella” every where and soon realized why…Angie Dudley aka Bakerella, is a baking genius.

With a love for baked goods, Angie developed her own recipe and idea for Cake Pops. These bite sized bits of heaven are perfect for all occasions. In 2010, her book Cake Pops: Tips, Tricks and Recipes for More Than 40 Irresistible Mini Treats was published. Since that time the popularity of Cake Pops have skyrocketed.
