“Lydia and Marnie Clarke are sisters who grew up in a progressive dairy family in Southern California. In 2010, Lydia left her home in Napa to join Marnie, a former cheesemaker, to open Cheese Cave, an artisan cheese shop in Claremont, California, that specializes in handmade cheese and artisan products. Together, with Reed Herrick, they are opening a new market/café stall in the historic Downtown Los Angeles Grand Central Market aptly named DTLA Cheese.” (Quoted from Lydia and Marnie’s article in Where Women Cook magazine.)
