- 1½ cups of chopped or lump crab meat
- 15 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup bread crumbs, divided
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 -3 tsp. cayenne pepper (depending on your own tastes
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- ¼ cup parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Set aside parsley, ½ cup of bread crumbs, mozzarella cheese, crab meat, and artichoke hearts.
- Mix together remaining ingredients in medium sized bowl. Once ingredients are combined carefully fold in crab and artichoke hearts.
- Spread dip, evenly, in a well greased casserole dish or pie plate.
- Top with remaining bread crumbs, mozzarella cheese, and chopped parsley.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until brown and bubbling on top.
- Serve with your favorite tortilla chips, breads, or crackers.
