This crab and artichoke dip recipe is rich and full of flavor. The recipe serve a lot so be sure to invite over hungry guests

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups of chopped or lump crab meat
  • 15 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup bread crumbs, divided
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 -3 tsp. cayenne pepper (depending on your own tastes
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely minced
  • ¼ cup parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Set aside parsley, ½ cup of bread crumbs, mozzarella cheese, crab meat, and artichoke hearts.
  2. Mix together remaining ingredients in medium sized bowl. Once ingredients are combined carefully fold in crab and artichoke hearts.
  3. Spread dip, evenly, in a well greased casserole dish or pie plate.
  4. Top with remaining bread crumbs, mozzarella cheese, and chopped parsley.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until brown and bubbling on top.
  6. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips, breads, or crackers.
