Tis the season for baking, baking, and more baking. Taking gifts of home-baked goods to family, friends, and neighbors just puts you in the festive mood. Frosted Banana Nut Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- Bread-1 cube butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened in microwave
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 medium bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Frosting- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened in microwave
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Bread- Combine butter, eggs, and sugar in mixing bowl. Beat until creamy.
- Add vanilla, cream cheese, nuts, bananas, and chocolate chips; mix thoroughly.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt; mix again.
- Spray a large bread pan with non-stick spray, pour dough into pan, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Let cool for 20 minutes, remove from pan, place on a serving tray, and let cool again while you make the frosting
- Frosting- Mix ingredients together in a small mixing bowl by hand until smooth. Frost (cooled) bread.
