Easy Caramelized Walnuts

It’s always the season for salad, but sometimes a plain salad just won’t do the trick. I enjoy sprucing up a simple spinach salad with fruit and nuts. My a good nutty topping is this recipe for easy caramelized walnuts. They are simple to make with ingredients found in most pantries. They add a nice sweet crunch to any salad recipe.
