As a professional blogger/internet person, I go to many conferences and I collect many business cards from many different types of people. And MANY of them have ended up in the bottom of my purse or luggage.
Until this little gadget entered my life:
A friend made it for me, but it is a snap to make yourself. Get a huge ring, paper punch, and mini-Sharpie on a keychain, make some laminated dividers with topics like “Blogs to read” and “Companies to follow up with” and carry it with you.
Voila…quick and easy organization, people.

Love this idea, I think (as I am sitting here looking at my messy card file) that it would work great for my Rolodex type file as well and then just hang it on a hook on the wall off the desk. WaHoo.
