Milk and Cookies Party Favors

Vanessa Spencer at Stampington & Company recently shared the most adorable milk and cookies party favors using the Where Women Cook line of Dies from our friends at Sizzix.

“Milk and cookies” can be a fun themed party idea for kids, but we also think it makes a great (and creative) excuse for grownups to get together! Surprise your friends at your next gathering by putting an artistic spin on this classic treat pairing. Prepare to indulge.

For this project, I wanted to use something sturdy, so I chose the cardstock from Kraft file folders. Using the milk carton and cookie pocket Where Women Cook Die Cuts with the Tim Hotlz Vagabond Machine, cut out all of your pieces. Next, assemble the cartons and cookie packs. You can see great step-out instructions on the pdfs provided by Sizzix. Remember that before you seal the top of the milk cartons, you need to add your treats and favors.

Use a foam brush to add a swish of white gesso to the front of the cartons and cookie packs. Once the gesso has dried, attach the Sweet Treats Stickers by Cavallini & Co. Tie bows around the outside of the cookie packs and the top of the milk cartons with Russet Scrapper’s Floss.

Thank you to Vanessa for creating such a fun project and sharing with us.
