Use Vanilla Coffee Creamer to make frosting with amazing flavor and bright white color.
Perfect Vanilla Cream Frosting
Bring ½ cup high quality butter to room temperature in medium mixing bowl.
Sprinkle with 1/8 – 1/4 tsp salt (add a sprinkle at a time until the flavor is perfect)
Add 4 cups powdered sugar and
½ cup fat free French vanilla coffee creamer
Beat with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Add powdered sugar and coffee creamer until you get the desired consistency. Taste and add salt as needed so that the vanilla flavor really plays on your palate instead of just a flat sweet taste.
This frosting can be colored with paste, gel or liquid food coloring, but make sure the salt has completely dissolved before using the frosting, or you will get little ‘dots’ where the salt dissolves afterward.
